Free Apple iPhone Giveaway Rules, Terms, and Conditions

1. Only persons of 13 years of age and older are eligible to enter the contest.

2. Register at iPhoneForum.info and make at least 10 posts before April 30th 2007, 23:59 GMT to qualify for the drawing.

3. Only quality posts count for the purpose of this contest. Spam, senseless, deleted, stupid posts not only won't count but will also get you banned off the forums for good. This includes asking stupid questions that have an answer in front of your eyes, double posting the same thing, posting random posts in random unrelated threads, or breaking forum rules in any other way.

4. Double registrations are not allowed -- strictly one account per person.

5. Only the initial 10 posts count. So 20 posts won't give you two tickets into the drawing. Posters have to comply with forum rules; deleted or locked posts won't count for the purpose of the contest.

6. The contest is open to residents of all countries.

7. One copy of an 8GB model of the Apple iPhone is available for grabs.

8. It is your responsibility to make sure that the iPhone will be compatible with your local mobile networks. No air time is provided, only the phone.

9. Winner will be notified by e-mail at least three times in order to provide his shipping information. If the prize remains unclaimed after two weeks, a new drawing will take place.

10. Winner consents for us to use his name for promotional purposes.

11. Winner agrees to send a photo of himself with the won iPhone for promotional purposes.

12. The prize will be shipped within 30 days of iPhone's USA launch through registered mail, with tracking number provided to the winner.

13. Local postal dues are the responsibility of the winner.

14. Administration leaves it after itself to change or modify these rules at any time.
